5 x 10 ring crunch and side crunch
5 min min chest press and fly
I ate all of the food I dehydrated today at work. I’m going to crash hard for a few hours then with any luck push it tomorrow.
I really need to study though. :(
The years between eighteen and twenty-eight are the hardest, psychologically. It’s then you realize this is make or break, you no longer have the excuse of youth, and it is time to become an adult – but you are not ready.
I dunno. I’m pretty sure your life doesn’t end when you hit 30. Too many young people put too much pressure on them selves to get that career, get moved out, start your adult life. I think everyone needs to keep in mind that this is only your second decade of life. You’re allowed to not have answers, your allowed to make mistakes. This is when you grow the most. I say the most because you will never have all the answers and you will always make mistakes. This is the time of your life when you start to stand on your own sure, but that doesn’t mean it’s make or break. Growth doesn’t mean never getting this wrong or never taking the wrong path. Half the time it seems like the right direction until you head that way. Make or break is crap. Don’t chase the career or the big house. Take a minute, or a summer, or a year and just discover yourself. If what you love happens to include going to school for 4 years and getting your degree then do that! Don’t force yourself through long, expensive crap if that’s not something your passionate about though! And don’t feel like you need to figure that out in the next 10 years. Walk dogs, make art, travel. I think what this quote is trying to say is not to waste time, but don’t forget that just because you’re in your second decade of life doesn’t mean you have all the time in the world. Don’t waste the best years of your life stressed about a future that isn’t even here yet. Live it up, your young and the world is yours.

I ate so much dehydrated food just now. Good Lord I went for a climb before my staff meeting and crap I’m tired. My shoulder was feeling a bit better, but I still don’t want to push it too hard
Early morning tomorrow, should probably start it with a workout
Just fucking tell her. Right now. This is your sign.
